Help! I just bought today a mp3 player (philips gogear hdd6320). The
software for it is WMP 10. So when i try to sychronize it the wmp says:
Windows Media Player encountered a problem while synchronizing the file to
the device. For additional assistance, click Web Help. I clicked the link and
try the suggested things and it didn't help. Also i tryed to copy files
throught windows explorer but it also showed an error: cannot copy
filename.mp3: The device has either stopped responding or has been
disconnected. The mp3 player i think is OK. I tried to reset it but it also
didn't help.
Please somebody help!
