PLEASE TELL ME HOW, WHERE TO GO TO GET MEDIA PLAYER 10 DECODER.
I HAVE TRIED TO PLAY A DVD AND I HAVE RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT I MUST
PUT IN A DECODER IN ORDER TO PLAY THE DVD?

In order to play DVDs - you need a proper decoder.
Media Player Classic works (6.4)
Stinky's MPEG-2 Decoder works - sorta..

Your best bet...
A lot of sound cards/dvd drives and most new computers with DVD drives come
with free versions (OEM) of popular DVD player packages - like WinDVD and
PowerDVD... Use that.
