I have Vista, I'm trying to add some fonts. I get an access denied message.
Yes, I am setup as administrator.

How are you installing the Fonts? Are you using the Install Fonts dialog?

I don't see a program (whatever it is) to install fonts in the control panel.
Their is a folder that just opens up to Windows Font folder, which is not
where I want to install them.

Ok, press Alt on your keyboard > click File > Install Fonts, its best you
install it in Fonts folder to keep thinks organized and accessible to the
applications you might want to use it in.

I'm sorry,
Not following you.
Press Alt
click file?

The fonts I want to install are for AutoCAD, into the program files, autocad
2008, fonts folder.

I do not understand how clicking Alt lets me do anything?
(I did try it, nothing happens)

Install Fonts is on the File menu of the fonts applet in the Control Panel.
Use that.
Mike.
