Has anyone found a different program to edit fax cover pages (.cov)?
The request is to add the "recipient company" to the cover page.
I can add the 'recipient fax number' and 'recipient name' to the cover sheet
but not the company.
Even though this variable is in the Outlook contact it isn't offered as a
insertable variable in MS Cover Page Editor.

Anyone have a suggested workaround?

Gerald

Hi Gerald,

Thanks for posting here!

For your description, I understand your concerns that you want to add
recipient company name to fax cover pages. In fax cover page by default
there are only two items about recipient (fax number and name) which data
come from the data input by yourself when you send fax. That can not load
from address book.

If you want to the function, you may need to recode the component.

I appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns
related to this issue, please let me know

Have a nice day!

Best Regards,
