Anyone know does Microsoft Power Toys Image Resizer work in Vista? If not
is there a Vista equivalent?

It doesn't work in Windows Vista. Here are a couple of good alternatives.

Image Resizer PowerToy Clone for Windows Vista:

Thanks for the tips guys. The Power Toys clone seems the best for anyone
used to the original XP version. Works for me!
