MS Keyboard hot keys revisited

The problem is still occurring but not quite as often. How are the hotkeys
disabled with these MS keyboards? It's impossible for us to type on any of
the Forums without these annoying MS menus popping up (not popup adds from
websites) when we're trying to type. It's driving all four of us to
distraction. It doesn't happen in OE, just on online Forums using IE6. This
just started when we got this keyboard and downloaded IE7. We got rid of
IE7 and disabled all the hotkeys for the key-board and STILL have the
*&^%$$#@ problem. Please... before I rip my last 10 hairs out.
