Sorry if I posted to the wrong forum. I am new here. I'll get to my question. I am running above software on Vista and I am having trouble with the online service "required" by MS Money. Online svc setup OK with bank (password & ID) and MS Money asking for the identical. Says to use the exact same PW & ID I setup with the bank. Bank says I must have 11 characters, Money says between 4 & 8 characters. Money keeps giving me error saying PW is incorrect. It isn't!! I am completely lost and don't know where to turn. Any knowledge appreciated.
