I am at wits end. I am not tech savvy at all. I have my settings on auto
update.
My shield was in yellow mode on right hand bottom of screen. When I clicked
on the message it stated the above update was ready to install and it would
take 16 min. which I thought was odd.
I added it to computer and the message appeared: Windows live one has
encountered a problem and needs to close.
I removed the program and now I can't get my shield to go back to the safe
green zone. I restarted my computer. I also restored my computer to an
earlier date.
I do not have Vista. Error code #0x80070645.
