ms netframework ver 1.1 service pack 1

this update wont install ? have tried to install several times. it
downloaded fine but wont install.error code 0xe0434f4d. get this error after
the failed install . SLC.tmp-common language runtime debugging services.
process id=0x9fc (2556) thread id=0xd7c (3452) need help please. ty

What OS are you useing, if your useing XP Home Service Pack 2, i had the same
problem and never could get it to install until i change OS's, i even took my
computer to a shop, contacted Microsoft support and either one could not help.
