MS Office Service Pack 3

I have downloaded service pack 3 to my desktop but when I attempt to install
I receive the following message:-

"Error 1311. Source file not found c:/program files/microsoft
office/office1.cab."

The installation then rolls back.

Any ideas why I don't have this file and where I can get it?

Download and install it directly. Download the "full file" titled:
OfficeXpSp3-kb832671-fulefile-enu.exe (58925 KB).

Assuming you mean you downloaded the Service Pack 3 file in its entirety and
are installing from your computer (meaning you do not have to be connected
to the internet to do it.).. Looks like it needs the original installation
media.

Do you have that handy?
