MS Office Visual Basic Compile Error

New Vista Biz PC. MS Office 2003 install seemed OK then ran transfer files
and settings from old XP Pro PC.

(apparently) Since then Word give an alert box at launch "Compile error in
hidden module: AutoExec" [Help] = "A protected module can't be displayed
......" when run and when closed. Excel similar but AutoExecNew (run) and
DistMon (close).

Any suggestions?

Use your Microsoft Office 2003 installation and do a repair of the office
suite and apply the latest Service Pack, patches and updates.
