MS-OS Spyware Problems

I have encounter SPyware even though I have installed Spybot and Spystomer.
I am experiencing problems with accessing the internet and running systems
applications. The defrag disk doesn't seem to work either. so far I have
tried delteing the spyware, installing Spyblaster which eleminates the
capablility of spyware to attach cleaned internet temp files and cookies, and
tryied uninstalling bogus applications which I admit I could have deleted
something I shouldn't have. However, the OS does operate but is very
sketchy, any fixes for this and or suggestions on what to do now?

Spyware Stormer is a rogue application and should be uninstalled

Installing Spyware Blaster on an infested system offers no help, as
you've found out. First, you must get the system cleaned up.

Follow ALL the steps laid out . If this brings no resolution to the
issue, and sad to say, it's getting harder and harder to root out
parasites, suggest you post to a forum that specializes in removing

I had similar issues on my XP. I had pop-ups coming from everywhere. I
couldn't use the Run or Search Commands. My Norton AV was disabled. I
couldn't even run a free virus check from House Call or anywhere else. Ran
about 3 different anti spywore programs. They each found and removed it but
nothing helped.
Finally had no choice but to reformat. It might be getting to that point for
you.
You will drive yourself crazy tryng to get rid of this crap.
