MS Outlook -access emailaddresses

Everytime I try to start MS Outlook (2002) on my Vista machine, I get the
message: A program is trying to aaccess e-mail addresses you have stored in
outlook. Do you want to allow this? 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes. If I
say NO ooutlook won't open, If I say yes for 10 minutes and click yes
multiple times, it lets sme in to check my email. Is there a way to stope it
from doing this?
