MS Outlook Express & KB911567

After previous update I got a problem with Outlook Express: impossible to
open any new message, impossible to reply, Address Book is blocked. The
message on the screen - "....installation error...." and similar.
After KB911567 removed - all work OK.
Today I have installed two new updates and again tried with KB911567. But
nothing new - still the old problem! I was pressed to remove it again - all
OK.
Will come some new update to solve this problem? KB911567 still stays in WU
and I receive all time a notification about new update ready to install!

Hide update 911567 and it won't be offered to you again. Don't unhide it
until you see posts in the OE newsgroups stating that revised version has
been released. No, we have no idea when a revised version will be released,
if ever.

I had the same problem. After 24 hours I could open email, reply, etc.
However my address book was wiped clean. Is there anyway to retrieve the
addresses? Also, how do you remove KB911567?
