MS Security and my E-mail

When reading e-mails that have 'Images' in them I am constantly asked to
allow images by MS Security.

How to avoid this need to allow 'Images within E-mails?

Or; is this a 'bad idea?

If you want to allow images show correctly, you can operate below:
click the menu "Tools", and then choose "Safety options", "Security", you
can see that "Download Images" options. eliminate the tick of "Block images
and other external content in HTML e-mail". That will be OK.
but if you eliminate the tick, maybe would down the security of the WLM.
