MS Update Failure - Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 Security Update

I get a failure notice everyday when this thing trys to Update: What the heck
is goping on? Even Micrsoft doesn't know??

Michael, have you or anyone else been advised of or come up with a solution
to this error received regarding Service Pack 1. I too am getting frustrated
with the interrupted update advising that it failed.
