MS Update Net.Framework 1.1

installing
I don't use Net.Framework on my pc -have not installe -but since one week
i've getting constantly the update Net.Framework 1.1 SP1 for autom.instal
!i'm gonna be crazy of!
i do'nt use office programs olso ,so,whet i need it for end how can i stopp
it the constantly warning for upload!
ps; inow,that in security tab i can swirch uit ,bat then i can the other
,really nessesary uploads not install -...
help!

If you're running WinXP, you need it.

1. NB: Write down what .NET Framework versions are already installed before
you go uninstalling/removing any of them!

How to determine which versions of the .NET Framework are installed and
whether service packs have been applied
