MS Update offline installer

We use a non-MS deployment tool at my company and I would like to use it to
push out Microsoft Update agent to all our computers. We don't have a WSUS
and our systems come imaged from Dell so most do not have MS Update only
Windows update.

As a result our office installs are very out of date.

Does anyone know a way to get an executable installer for MS Update that I
can run with a batch file on our PCs?
