MS Updates, Qhosts, Error 0x7c91103c

I Have spent the best part of today reading and down loading anything and
everything to fix this problem, and like you nothing works. Why?
1. A virus that nobody can remove
2. Updates from MS stop working

What we need now is for MS and the major virus detection companies to put
their heads together and work out the best route to take.

It will be interesting to see who solves the problem first.

You also omitted the operating system.
