MS - Vista Web Cam

I am running Vista Ultimate. I cannot open a web link that has a job site
web cam on it.

I went into Internet Options, security tab, trusted site and unchecked the
enable protective mode.

I can open the link but no web cam, it comes up just fine on my xp machine.
I get no error messages.

Right click Internet Explore on your Taskbar and click 'Run as
Administrator' then try accessing the site again.
