Sometimes, when I try to open or install non-related programs, I get blocked.
Screen error message:

"MS Windows process (X) has stopped working.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

Then an endless cycle of trying to contact Microsoft for further problem
solving with no contact or results.

Radio button below: "Close Program".

Anybody else wasting their time trying to resolve this?

Thanks,
Bruce

Hello,

I have been experiencing the same problems since installing Vista.
Especially with Internet Explorer and Winamp. No solutions are ever available.

Perhaps you have already solved the problem?

Thank you,
Rima

Rima,

We can't be the only two people in the world experiencing this.
It is crippling my work.

Does anybody know Bill Gates' personal e-mail address?
I really want to fix this frustrating problem.
I'll bet that talking to him would get one of his associates to fix my
computer.
