Anyone encounter problems with insufficient memory to run 16-bit application
popups after installing MS04-32? The problem seems to be related to NTVDM.EXE.

Any suggestion on how to address this issue other than uninstalling the patch?

Greetings Josal,

It sounds like you have a legacy DOS or 16-bit Windows program trying to
load itself when XP boots. Try using MSCONFIG to determine which program that
is, and disable it.

NTVDM.EXE (NT Virtual DOS Machine)is a process that belongs to the Windows
16-bit Virtual Machine. It provides an environment for a 16-bit process to
execute on a 32-bit platform. This program is important for the stable and
secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.

Seems to me like there is a bug to the NTVDM.EXE patch.

Any advise how to report such bugs to Microsoft without having to pay them
to inform them of this bug?
