How can i download a copy of that patch to deploy using Zenworks ?

also i'm trying to get all the patches up until march 1, 2005
to apply to a few dozen of my workstations.
does MS have a list of these patches ?

Go here:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/current.aspx
Scroll down to Search by Product/Technology
In the Product/Technology field, use the drop-down picklist to select the
operating system or the application for which you want to search for
patches.
In the Service Pack field, use the drop-down picklist to select the Service
Pack that is currently installed (if applicable)
In the Bulletin release date field, leave at the default "All" or use the
drop-down picklist to select a timeframe (eg., within the past 7 days,
within the past 2 weeks, etc.)
Click on the Go button.
