MS05-051 and Group Ploicy settings

We have discovered that computers that are set with a group policy to deny
Terminal Services login to the group Everyone result in the negative effects
posted at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/909444 reversing the policy
corrects the problems. Anyone else see these negative behaviors as a result
of a Group Policy?
