ms05-053 updates changes my windows appearenace

After installing the update
(http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sec.../ms05-053.mspx) windows
GUI (Windows 2003 SP1) appearence became like the contrast + large theme
view. (you can see snapshot of my desktop at the following link:
http://www.safe-bt.com/guiproblem.png - 71KB).
What the solution can be for this problem?
