MS06-013 (912812) and Microsoft Commerce Server Business desk problem

Since the application of 912812 after we logged on Bizdesk we get an error
saying "Microsoft Commerce Server Business Desk must be execute from the
install shortcut". It is a translation from french

After uninstalling 912812, everything is working fine. I tried installing
917425 and reboot with no success.
I applied the registry keys:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_ENABLE_ACTIVE X_INACTIVATE_MODE]

with no more success...
