The MBSA 2.0 indicates missing patch 913433.
But I have already the newest Macromedia Flash Player downloaded from Adobe.
Its version is some after 9.0.

Adobe states on the Flash Player page following:
"Browser: Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape, Opera, and CompuServe"
IE and Windows do not figure here.
I guess then Flash Player for IE, Win XP can be delivered from MS only.
Well i went to MS Security Bulletin 06-020, downloaded the patch
and I'm going to install it. But in the same time I can see
some problem reports, this patch will not install if any newer Player
then 6.0 is installed already.
I don't understand it at all. Is the IE, Win Flash Player independet or not
from the Adobe download ? There is no between those facts.
I did not start the patch install yet.

If Adobe downloads converge the Win FP 6.x and installation of 913433
why is MBSA suggesting the patch was missing yet ?

Both thinks should to have a common denominator or none at all.
But not partially. The current status illegitimate.

Search your entire hard disk for the following files:

flash.ocx
swflash.ocx

If either are found, delete them. Then the update will no longer be
required.
