MS07-004, 016

Hi. Trend Micro Housecall told me that I had vulnerabilities regarding the
Windows Updates MS07-004 and MS07-016. When I follow the links, read the MS
articles and try to download and install the security patches, it tells me
that "The version of Windows Internet Explorer you have installed does not
match the update you are trying to install", yet I have checked my versions
and they seem to be correct. In fact, I tried both versions of the updates,
the one for just Win XP SP2 and the one for IE7

I am running:
- WinXP Home SP2 (Compaq Presario S6300NX)
- IE7 (7.0.5730.7IS)

When I run Microsoft update, it doesn't find any critical updates and I
don't have any "hidden" updates. How do I know if I'm protected from these
vulnerabilities?
