MS07-061 replaces MS06-045

However, the MS06-045 has been already replaced by MS07-006
for Windows XP Service Pack 2 Windows Server 2003 Windows Server 2003
Service Pack 1.

How is the exact relation ?

Shell32.dll and Xpsp3res.dll are updated to the latest Version in 061.

While MS06-071 replaces MS06-045, MS07-006 replaced MS06-045 too.
But MS06-071 does *not* replace MS07-006.
