MS08-022 - 944338

This patch is somehow mysterious. Have reported some time ago.

To solve reported issue have done two attempts:
- installation of windows script 5.7
- repair installation of IE 7.0 according to recommendations
from PA Bear

The 944338's installer does still claim the appropriate
IE version is not present.
Furthermore, MBSA also does not state this patch is missing.

So, from the point of view of my experiences this is a big
inconsistency made by Microsoft.
