Yes indeed... In the MBSA console when setting up a scan the last check box
reads Advanced Update Services options...check this and you will be able to
choose your inhouse WSUS server or Microsoft Server. The scan will use the
WSUS server that is assigned to the machine(s) that are being scanned.
