MSDE 200 and WMDSE

I am trying to move my WUS server from one W2k3 SP1 to another server with
more disk space. Both are W2K3 SP1. The server I am attempting to install
WUS onto is already running MSDE for three other databases. When I am
installing WUS during the WMSDE phase the program stops with an error code of
2738. I am assuming this is due to the MSDE installation. Can anoyone
provide me with some guidance. Thanks
