msging from computer to mobile phone

i keep receiveing this error
This message was not sent because Mobile Messaging is temporarily
unavailable. Please try again later
i have been receiveing this error for about a week now.
is there anything i can do or is there somthing going on with msn i should
know about

please tell me asap i would love to msg my gf again.
