mshtml.dll corrupt after Auto Update

Hi, my automatic update runs nightly than reboots. After the reboot i can no
longer access any html driven files (internet explorer, outlook 2003)
I have been manually replacing what appears to be a corrupt mshtml.dll file
every morning.
The mshtml.dll file is definately effected after automatic update runs then
rebbots the machine. No doubt.
It would be nice not to have to cut and paste over the corrupt file every
morning.
Any clever solution would be much appreciated.

I would re-install IE, this usually resolves issues with the mshtml
component.

Details? What makes that particular file appear "corrupt"?
