MSN 8.5 cannot load installing and cannot sign in on wlm 9 beta to

i have deleted a file called SBS 2008 ( Windows Small Business Server 2008 )
by wrong when i decide to unistall the new msn beta 9 coz i had problem
uninstalling it

after that i got the CODE ERROR 0x8000ffff when trying to run the WLM 8.5
setup also on siging in wlm beta 9

finally i found a way to install the WLM 8.5 from the msi version, but plz i
want to fix this problem in code 0x8000ffff not to just leave it and go

if there is any windows update for vista 32bit plz give me the name of the
update
i can find it and download it again from the microsoft update page tell me a
way i can fix and reinstall the SBS 2008 on my laptop tp pass this code error
