Okay after searching and searching, I found a reply post from OoompaLoompa
that gave another website to download the MSN 9.5 software and it worked.
All I had to do was shut off my spyware software to allow the installation.
The web address that OoompaLoompa posted was
http://autoupdate.msn.com/msn.asp all I have to say is that OoompaLoompa was
a godsend. No one else at Qwest, MSN, Windows Vista support could or would
help me. It does pay to search the forums for smart people. Thank you so
much OoompaLoompa.
