MSN 9 Arrange contacts by e-mail address?

Is there a way to arrange contacts by e-mail address? I am talking
about the contacts that are available online. That was doable in the
prior version of MSN. Thanks.

I have tried both MSN groups.

Apparently now we are stuck with some silly and inconsistent
arrangement of contact names.
