MSN crashes when initiate conversation with contacts

My msn will automatically crashed down when I click on my friend's msn. It did not happen to all my contacts but only apply to certain of them. However these few people is very important for me to get in touch with them so I have to get this thing solved.

I had reinstalled MSN and it just not working at all. Using XP and latest MSN.

HELP PLEASE!
