MSN Explorer

Since reloading my AOL version 9 software, a conflict now exists in that I am
no longer able to access a particular website where I am a registered member.
I am able to gain access to the 'log-in' page, but when I attempt to log-in
and enter the site I get 'Page unavailable'. I have spoken to AOL but they
were unable to assist. I have checked all my settings to no avail. Can
anyone assist me? Does anyone have any ideas how I can resolve this problem?

How does your problem relate to Windows Update, please?
