MSN Favorites Folder Location

I use MSN Favorites for my Internets favorites and want to move all locations
to another computer of mine. I cant find my favorites in Explorer. How can I
move my favorites from one computer enmasse to another computer?

Which is prolly why the question will be asked again and again.
Web-based newsgroups don't work unless *someone* maintains them and
*educates* it's Users on HOW to find the threads they've started.

YMMV indeed. The newest thread I'm seeing has subject "Error" and was the
first of two posts was made at 10:26A PST on 23 Dec-08.
