Shortly after system startup, approximately two minutes
and weather online or not, I get a freeze in all activity
for about two or three seconds and a small dark blue
rectangle on the screen with a MSN logo emblem in the
upper right of the rectangle appears. This process
interrupts all activity and overrides anything taking
place on the PC. The intrusion and frustration factor is
excessive. I have other PC's using Microsoft XP and that
have all the same updates, but does not have this
problem. Looking for a way to determine what is causing
this problem and how to get rid of it or make it
transparent.
