MSN Live Messenger and Windows Messenger

In the last month or so during the hours 6pm to 10pm (UK time) normally, I
fail to receive a number of messages from contacts. Microsoft say this is a
known issue, has anyone else had this problem? It does not seem that a change
of firewall from Norton to McAfee has made any difference!

It's simply issues with the servers, nothing we can do about it.
