MSN logging.

Hi team,

I you would like to know how to force users to log all chat messages in
the local hard disk via GPO or VBScript and registry keys. I have 20 users
using Windows Live Messenger program.

Any help, please?

Greetings Doria,

I'm afraid you can't do this with just Messenger. There are no GPOs for Messenger and the
actual registry key which handles this is encrypted and different on every system.

Plus, the logging in Messenger is extremely flawed and most users know it from their own
usage as it only saves when the conversation window is closed. Your users would just avoid
closing any conversation windows they didn't want logged before the system was shut down.
