msn mail is in different language

All of a sudden my msn mail is in some kind of language. Can't get rid of
it. I have google translate but doesn't change everything. Need help

Was this an msn.com or hotmail account setup in WLM as pop3 or http or was it only accessed in the web interface(hotmail.com) ?
