msn messenger 8

I absoluty hate this product althought it is in beta form i can't belive how
bulky it is, not just that but also how much memory it needs. I have an amd
athlon 64 FX 60 2.6GHz and 2GB OF DDR SDRAM IN MY Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
Motherboard USING WINDOWS XP and my computer takes long to shut down i
accutly calculated the time and it took windows 45minutes and 32 seconds
since uninstalling msn 8 beta my computer shut's down in 1 minute. is this a
problem with xp or is it a problem with msn beta?

My PC shuts down in less than 20 seconds with WLM 8 installed. Could not
repro on my system. I even opened up a dozen convo windows then selected
shutdown and in less than 20 seconds I was completely off....not in sleep
mode either.
