I often get this message when I try to close MSN: We 're sorry but MSN
Explorer has experienced an internal error and will have to restart.

When I report it and click on more information, it takes me to the Microsoft
Online Crash Analysis:

High Priority updates available: install missing updates.

Thank you for submitting an error report. The error was likely caused by:

Windows

A solution is not available for the error you submitted. We have detected
that yur computer is missing critical updates that will improve the stability
and security of your computer. Click the following link to install the
updates from the Windows Update website:

When I go there it tells me there are no critical updates.

I got this crash report after reporting something similar once before and
there were no critical updates that I needed to install at that time either.

Joni, I experience the same error message but mine is usually associated with
my email. However, tonight I got it while surfing the web. I can usually
just move the error window to the side and finish whatever I was working on,
but eventually the darn thing freezes my computer. When I click yes, I want
to report the error......and then click on the details .......it tells me
that there are no solutions for my problem. I have been directed to the
update website at times but not always. Bottom line is that the problem
continues, and continues, and continues. They say misery loves company and
I suppose that is true because I was comforted knowing that someone else has
this problem ....... not just me! Phyllis
