Joni, I experience the same error message but mine is usually associated with
my email. However, tonight I got it while surfing the web. I can usually
just move the error window to the side and finish whatever I was working on,
but eventually the darn thing freezes my computer. When I click yes, I want
to report the error......and then click on the details .......it tells me
that there are no solutions for my problem. I have been directed to the
update website at times but not always. Bottom line is that the problem
continues, and continues, and continues. They say misery loves company and
I suppose that is true because I was comforted knowing that someone else has
this problem ....... not just me! Phyllis
