if u have windows xp ur problem is that WINDOWS messenger
(which is not the same as msn messenger, is signing u in
invisibly. its a known problem with windows xp pc's. ) to
fix it do this:

This script works in XP Pro or Home

http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts/x...er_autorun.vbs

Download xp_messenger_autorun.vbs and save this file to
your hard drive.

(disable windows messenger)

Navigate to where you saved it and double click the file.
A confirmation dialog will appear and remind you to log
off/back on or restart your computer.

Now u'll be able to sign into MSN messenger with no
problems. ))))))

My PC says that file is high risk.... not to download.

Is there another place to gather more info about this?

files of type .vbs are visual basic scripts they can be written to do almost
anything to your pc, very destructive or very helpful, the file type is
flagged dangerous NOT this file,
MSMVP Doug Knox is very unlikely to have a destructive file on his website,
www.dougknox.com you can check his credentials at
