msn sign up

i am new to msn, i have a new laptop but cannot get connected to windows live
messenger, tried creating different accounts but still wont work can anyone
help me please, when i go to sign in it wont let me, where am i going wrong
please reply asap thanks

This be the result of lots of problems, could you describe exactly what's happening when you
try including any error messages/codes that you're seeing?

hi, i am having the same problem with my account,, and i have had my account
for 2 years now,,, when i try to sign it, it just keeps say'n trying to sign
in,, i get no error messages even,, i tried my husbands acount to and it did
not work,, the only one that will work is my step-daughters,, how can i get
my account to work

To attempt to correct this, shut down Messenger entirely by right-clicking on its icon in the
notification area and choosing Exit, then download and run this .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/dow...lmpolicies.reg

Then try signing in again.
