HI, ive got MSN and my younger brothers in the same house use msn but
different computers and internet connection. one of their Accounts always
keeps logging on even if the computer is turned of and says stuff like "Look
at my Naked Photos" or stuff like that which isnt right and always has an
website to click on which i dont because its probably an virus or something.
I need to know how can i get rid of it? Its not nice when my younger brothers
around 10 years old have things like this come up and they not even logged
on, funny thing is its only one of my brothers not the other that uses that
same computer equally.

I really want to fix this problem if you know how to please let me know

thank you in advance

Ivan

1st. Run your Anti Virus and then do the following

Download and run the following 2 Malware tools

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php the free edition and Update it first before
running

next

http://www.superantispyware.com/?tag...PERANTISPYWARE and also Update it
before running

What ever the 2 will find put it under Quarantine and wait about 1 week and if
everything is OK then delete the ones in quarantine.

Also you should run these 2 at least weekly after updating the definition files as a
preventive maintenance

Greetings Ivan,

Most times if they're sending out messages when they're not online, then they have given
their username and password to a phishing site which is sending out the messages.

They'll need to change their password immediately at
https://account.live.com/ChangePassword.aspx. Virus scanners won't pick up anything, as it
doesn't install any software on the machine (in the cases I've seen anyway).

Additionally, I recently did a blog post on this, detailing what to do and how to avoid it
happening again:
