MSNGR 7.5 CAM Error "You Cannot Changer Your Camera settings" HELP

Hi,

After upgrading to MSN messenger 7.5 me webcam worked okay but last week it
stopped working. If I use the audio/video wizard it does recognize my cam and
I can see video but if I try to use webcam setting it doesn't recognize my
webcam and give the following error: "You Cannot Changer Your Camera
settings..." also I cannot use video while on a call. I tried downgrading and
upgrading messenger (7.0 <-> 7.5) I also tried reinstalling my camera's
driver but no success.
I'm using Intel CS431 camera, XP pro SP2, P4 3.0, ATI all-in-wonder 9000.
Never had such a problem before.

Any help will be appreciated.

I resoved this issue by replacing my camera!
